There are 31 guest rooms in VIVIR. Each room type has its own wonderful features.

While facing the “Forest” of Jiaoxi Hot Springs Park, we can quietly watch the breeze blowing through the treetops to settle our minds and bodies; we can also imagine ourselves as a seed, falling in the healing and warm embrace of “Terra”; the quiet and graceful “River” gently takes away the fatigue of the journey; or we can come to the “Plain” and wander in the vast space. If you come here with friends, you might as well choose from our top-floor room type, watching the scenery outside the window on the “Hills”; or you can feel the “Breeze” blowing on the terrace, or gazing at the mountains and the ocean while enjoying the magnificence of “Sunrise”.

Forest, Terra, River, Plain, Hills, Breeze, Sunrise are the origins of the name for different room types. They are also the natural imageries that the architect hopes to place in the first place.

The dining table is often a place where family members share their daily lives. Our restaurant “HABITAT” also plays a role of gathering feelings and emotions. With the chef’s ingenuity, local ingredients are combined with creative cooking methods to serve our guests with a wonderful performance on your table. We have also deliberately adjusted the meal schedule, replacing the breakfast and lunch hours of ordinary restaurants with brunch. The purpose is to make our guests stay in to enjoy the relaxing morning.

Art can be said to be the driving force for the birth of VIVIR. In the early stage, many artistic concepts were implemented into planning. As guests pass by the sky bridge and come to the art gallery “sunis,” they transform the mood to embrace the immersion of the arts.

The art gallery schedules exhibitions and courses on a quarterly basis, offering profound and interesting artistic events. Other than the great equipment in the hotel room, our guests are able to experience the rich spiritual life as well. Through participating in the events, our guests can elevate their lifestyles and internalize the aesthetics. Through walking, living, sitting, and lying down, the heart can retain clear and quiet healing energy.

VIVIR is a field full of experimentation. Many eccentric ideas and characteristics are presented through various amusing activities. We provide recreational routes with various themes, taking guests to discover Yilan’s local attractions; we also arrange live performances according to different seasons, or invite artists to share their unique lifestyle.


VIVIR is also a stage, where we actively cooperate with young entrepreneurs in Yilan to design and sell unique and authentic gifts. In the process, we encourage guests to open their six senses of eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind, and savor the tastes that they usually will not experience in everyday life.
