a. Definition of Day:
．Weekday: Sunday to Thursday
．Weekend: Saturday

．Peak Season: Friday, Sunday to Thursday
in summer (7/31 – 8/31)

．Long Weekend: According to the chart of
weekday/weekend made by VIVIR.

b. The price stated already includes 5% sales tax and 10% service charge.

c. VIVIR Chef’s dinner and brunch for the next day are provided based on the room and numbers of guests.

d. Cancellation before 14 days of arrival would receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellation within the 14 days of check-in would receive partial refund according to the Standardized Contract of Lodging from the Tourism Bureau, M.O.T.C. Taiwan.

e. If there are any changes of price and/or definition of day indicated above, it will be in compliance with VIVIR’s announcement, without the need of further notification.

a. The comfortableness of VIVIR comes from our daily maintenance. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm, which is convenient for our daily tidy work.

b. If you still have other schedules in your itinerary after check-out, the counter can provide luggage storage, but you are advised to bring valuable personal belongings with you. As our parking spaces are limited, we will provide you with information about the nearby parking lot to park your car after checking out.

c. All rooms are non-smoking. Open flames are prohibited in order to maintain fire safety.

d. For safety concerns while staying in our facilities, VIVIR only accepts guests that are 7 years or older.

e. VIVIR isn’t equipped with pet-friendly facilities. To maintain the quality of service, pets are not allowed to enter the hotel.

f. It is recommended that you keep your valuable goods with you. The security box in the room is only for storage, please mind your personal belongings.
